Trauma is a deeply distressing and disturbing experience that overwhelms your ability to cope with life. It can leave lasting emotional, psychological, and sometimes physical effects.

Trauma can result from various events or circumstances that pose a threat to a person's physical or emotional well-being.

QUOTES

The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind. - Caroline Myss

The wound is the place where the Light enters you - Rumi

You can't heal what you don't reveal-Jay-Z

COMMON TYPES OF TRAUMA:

Acute Trauma

Single event, such as an accident, natural disaster, assault, or loss of a loved one.

Chronic Trauma

Prolonged exposure to stressful or traumatic situations, such as ongoing abuse, neglect.

Complex Trauma

Exposure to repeated traumatic events, such as chronic abuse, domestic violence.

Trauma can leave lasting imprints and can shape the way we perceive the world and ourselves. It can manifest in various forms leaving emotional, psychological, and sometimes physical scars.

Unprocessed Trauma manifests in the physical body as stress and tension. These traumas can cause sleep disorders, nightmares, anxiety, depression, and various other mental illnesses.

ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Parkinson's and depression could be a biproduct of excess stress, pressure, and traumas in life.

Mental illnesses are created by our own mind to cope with a world that we don't understand because it does not make sense to us.

Stress, too much pressure, judgement self-loathing are some of the causes of mental imbalances.

When our minds are exposed to excessive levels of stress the body releases cortisol.

If your cortisol levels become too high, it can shut down a part of your brain and in the worst-case scenario it can damage your hippocampus.

Chronic stress, including exposure to traumatic events, has been implicated in various neurological disorders, including Parkinson's disease. Prolonged stress can impact the brain's structure and function, affecting neurotransmitter systems and increasing vulnerability to neurodegenerative conditions.

With Schizophrenia your thoughts can become influenced, and your reality can become distorted from energetic entities. Your mind cannot understand what it sees and as such your consciousness can get fractured. You can create other identities and you can hear voices from other realms especially if you have the gift of clairaudience.

With BDP (Borderline Personality Disorder) you are not in control of your own empathy. You see a reflection of yourself in others and you feel drawn to project outwardly. You insist on fixing problems that are not your own and then you struggle to understand yourself because you have become attached to other people’s emotions.

With Parkinson's disease your movement is predominantly impacted but as it is a complex neurodegenerative brain disorder it can be influenced by multiple factors. Trauma and extreme stress are two of the potential contributing factors that can speed up damage to the nerves in the area of the brain responsible for movement.

METHODS FOR CLEARING TRAUMA

You can lower the cortisol levels with meditation, walks, journaling and avoiding caffeine, alcohol and processed foods.

A quick fix on reducing cortisol levels is green tea because it is an excellent source of an amino acid (l-theanine) that reduces stress levels and anxiety.

Eating fish, avocadoes, and taking B vitamins can also help.

Art, writing, or other forms of creative expression can be powerful tools for processing trauma.

Reclaim control over your life . Set and enforcing healthy boundaries by learning to say 'no', and prioritising self-care.

I believe there is a clear link between mental health disorders and an overactive third eye and crown chakra. If these chakras are overactive, it can cause delusions, schizophrenia and hallucinations and if underactive it can cause anxiety and depression.  These chakras can be balanced by an authentic healer and within time you can reclaim your life.

CONCLUSION

In time, the healing journey may lead to a place of acceptance and forgiveness—forgiveness for yourself and, when ready, forgiveness for those who may have caused the trauma.

When you forgive those who hurt you frees your soul to restart your life without been energetically connected to the person who hurt you.
