Ho'opono pono - The healing power of forgiveness.
Ho'opono pono” is an ancient Hawaiian prayer that offers a profound approach to healing
This practice focuses on reconciliation and forgiveness. Ho’o means “to make”
Pono means “right”.
The “Ho'opono pono mantra” teaches you how to take responsibility for your own experiences and seek forgiveness and gratitude as a means of healing and reconciliation
When you address the root cause of illnesses and imbalances within yourself healing occurs naturally.
When you release stored up resentment and anger you can transform from that caterpillar into the butterfly you were meant to be.
When you release all your stored up negative energy and offer forgiveness towards healing your past conflicts it builds stronger relationships, new relationships and thankfully those that do no longer match your vibration will fall away.
HO'OPONO PONO PRAYER FACILITATES
Self healing
Inner peace
Emotional balance
Improved relationships
REPEAT THE MANTRA 108 TIMES
I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
Thank you
FOCUS ON WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HEAL WITHIN YOURSELF, FOR EXAMPLE
Inner child
Mother father wounds
Hatred toward yourself or another
Past live wounds
Incorporating Ho'opono pono into you daily life is as simple as repeating the mantra
"I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you" silently or aloud, whenever negative thoughts or emotions arise.
I understand we all live very busy life and it can be very difficult to find time to do this practice or just maybe you do not want to risk showing your emotions around those closest to you?
IF YOU FIT THIS CATEGORY WHY NOT TRY THE APPROACH BELOW
Say the mantra along with Aaron Doughty - Start 17 mins in on the video(It takes approx 13 mins)
Drive to the shops alone, once a week or anytime those negative emotions play on your mind.
Say the mantra 108 times with Aaron out loud "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you" focusing on whatever it is you want to heal within yourself, whether it be “inner child wounds” “mother father wounds” “hatred toward yourself or another” or for me it was “past live wounds”
The first time I did it I just rattled it off and kept thinking what is the point of this and half way through it the anger that it brought to the surface was unreal and completely and utterly shocked me.
So why not give it a go today, you got nothing to lose and so much to gain.
