Changing your perception change your reality underscores the transformative power of our perceptions, beliefs, and mindset in shaping our experiences and the world around us.

By consciously choosing to shift your perspective and adopt a positive and

empowering mindset, you can create a reality that aligns with our values, aspirations, and highest potential.

WHAT IS PERCEPTION

Your perception defines who you believe you are, how you believe your interactions with others should go, and how you believe the world should operate. How you perceive things becomes your reality.  You form an idea about something, and your brain convinces you that it’s your truth then it becomes your truth.

If you find yourself partaking in toxic conversations about others its time to look inwards to find the “unhealed triggers” within yourself that need to be addressed

Two people could be standing side by side in a coffee shop, experience the same thing and have two completely different perceptions.   For example a girl walks in to the coffee shop and appears “ALOOF and “SUPERIOR” to one person and to the other person that girl appears to be “EMPATHIC” and “INTROVERTED”.

One of these people was programmed to believe he was beneath others and the other person was introverted growing up so they both see a reflection of their inner unhealed wounds in this girl. It really is all about perception and you can only understand things from your angle of knowledge right now and from your emotionally unhealed triggers.

TOXIC CONVERSATIONS

Next time you get pulled into toxic conversations about others and find yourself agreeing with other, “step back and look inward to find those triggers within yourself that need to be healed”.   If you cannot find them then ask someone authentic that can help you find those triggers so that they can be transmuted and transformed.

I only feel compelled to defend my ideas or beliefs if I feel misrepresented, other than that, I leave people to accept and believe what they will.

Once you heal those triggers within yourself you will no loner feel the need to prove yourself right and you will seldom speculate.

Share what you believe to be true at a point in time and if someone doesn't share your opinion that's okay. If they inquire further looking for evidence or an additional understanding then share it but as soon as they become defensive or argumentative, let them continue without making any further comments because as soon as you get sucked into the arguments it can lower your vibration (but only if there are triggers left in you) that need healing.

When you vibration increases you find yourself wanting to learn from other experiences and wisdom and imparting that knowledge to those who will understand it and learn from it.

 CONCLUSION

"Change your perception, change your reality" reminds us that we have the ability to choose our thoughts, attitudes, and responses to life's circumstances. Through conscious intention and self-awareness, we can create a reality that aligns with our values, aspirations, and highest vision for ourselves.

This concept serves as a reminder of our innate power to shape our own destinies and live with purpose, authenticity, and joy. It invites us to embrace the transformative potential of our perceptions and beliefs, knowing that by changing our internal world, we can change the external reality we experience.
